Where announcements are published and how they reach the launcher.
Announcements are written once and shown in three places.

| Discord | Posts can be announced to a channel through a webhook. |
Server-side and maintenance information is posted in QQ group 1106945834; on Discord it is in #announcement and #update, with Chinese notices in #update-cn. Check those first when something stops working.
If a post disappears from the site it was unpublished; the launcher's copy refreshes on the next start.
