SRTools won't connect
The five checks that resolve almost every connection failure.
Work through these before asking for help — they cover nearly every report.
- Is the site exactly
https://srtools.neonteam.dev/? Other SRTools variants are not currently supported. - Is the game online? Synchronization talks to the running game, not just the server.
- Does the Server URL match your server channel? March7th.cc is
https://server.march7th.cc/sr-tools, HoyoToon ishttps://march7th.hoyotoon.com/sr-tools, KunPS ishttp://210.16.175.19:520/sr-tools. The servers are separate, so a URL for a different channel will not find your account — and the failure doesn't look obvious. - Is Username your in-game UID? The game account's login name will not connect. The password is your game account password.
- Is the data stale? After a version update, clear the browser cache or wait for an SRTools update.
If all five pass, ask in QQ group 1106945834, or search #support on Discord for the same error message and create a post there if nobody has hit it yet. Include the error and the relevant logs — see getting help.
