The failures people actually hit, and what fixes each one.
A blank popup appears when launching the game
This is usually a corrupted game client. Re-acquire the client; see beta client. If the client is fine, check the announcements in QQ group 1106945834 or #announcement on Discord — your server may be down for maintenance.
My game account or password doesn't work
- Check the server channel. March7th.cc, HoyoToon and KunPS are separate servers; an account made on one does not exist on the others. The channel is picked in Cyrene Launcher's settings.
- March7th.cc: make sure the account exists in the Game accounts card on your profile. You can reset its password there.
- Your Cyrene (website) password is not a game password — see account & linking.
I can't create a game account on my profile
Game accounts for March7th.cc need a verified email address. Use the resend button on your profile if the verification mail is missing or expired; if it never arrives, ask an admin in QQ group 1106945834 or on Discord. You may also have reached the number of game accounts allowed per person.
The game freezes, or I am stuck in a scene
Use the launcher console: /scene reload, or /scene change 2000101 to teleport to the default map.
My save is broken
Reset my Save in Cyrene Launcher restores the account to its initial state. It cannot be undone.
Launcher sign-in fails while a VPN is on
Enable TUN mode in your proxy application.
SRTools won't connect, or shows old data
That has its own page: SRTools troubleshooting.
An enhanced character behaves like the base version
Enhanced characters need enhanced state（加强状态） switched on in game. This catches people on every platform.
/calyx on says there is no cached data
Calyx Mode needs stage data that was already synced through SRTools. Sync a stage first — see Calyx mode.
Nothing here matches
The server may simply be down. Check the announcements in QQ group 1106945834, or #announcement and #update on Discord, then follow getting help.
